For
the purposes of this chapter, the term -
(1) ''minor'' means any person under the age of eighteen
years;
(2) ''sexually explicit conduct'' means actual or
simulated -
(A) sexual intercourse, including genital-genital,
oral-genital, anal-genital, or oral-anal, whether between
persons of the same or opposite sex;
(B) bestiality;
(C) masturbation;
(D) sadistic or masochistic abuse; or
(E) lascivious exhibition of the genitals or pubic
area;
Of course no one true lolita site will be using REAL CP (sex
with minors) pictures. They can use problematic description on
site (explicit, uncensored, incest, family, lolita hardcore or
something like this) but they don't show any photos like this
with REAL sex with underage models.
So if you find that kind of photos, or
descriptions like "sex with children", "real child porno"
directly on site - it is illegal site and you must inform
about that site (of course if you want to do that) any proper
authorities. Of course it relates to any kind of masturbation,
bestiality, sadism etc.... All that you can find (and may call

2. About
descriptions.
That kind of sites receive most traffic
from link lists, top lists and search engines. Size of traffic
is directly connected to the description you use. And it is
VERY BIG PROBLEM. The more ILLEGAL description you use
(without any connection with REAL content of your site) the
MORE TRAFFIC you have. So many webmasters that try to receive
lot of cash at any price use REALLY ILLEGAL descriptions. And
their sites can be normal.. but they need more traffic. I
don't try to justify them, I'm only trying to explain.
3. And finally about our sites.
1. We NEVER use any pictures that you
call CP. We strictly control our members and preview areas. We
respect our models and their parents.
2. All pictures in our members and
preview areas are selected by hand. We never show you some
ugly models or full list of pictures as we buy it. When we buy
a new CD with 1000 of photos we use not more than 200-250
pictures. It really decreases the sites' volume but increases
their value.
3. We strongly separate teen and lolita
sections of our sites. They are based on different servers, so
we don't break any laws. All teen models are at least 18 years
old when that pictures or videos were made and we have all
necessary documents to prove it. We have all necessary
warnings in our sites to explain it ... so you can't find any
pictures with lascivious poses in our lolita zones.
4. We never use any doubtful descriptions
as incest, lolita hardcore in lolita zones of our sites. Some
people like that kind of descriptions... and we have that kind
of photosets, but all you can find these pictures ONLY in TEEN

5. Web servers of our hosting companies
are being checked by FBI from time to time and we NEVER have

want to earn extra money balancing on a thin border between
